If you are no longer able to make your appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
Our cancellation policy is as following:
・If you cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, you will receive your downpayment of 50% of the treatment fee back.
・Appointments cancelled within 48-24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
・Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 100%.
